2023: Cox Jr. registered two sacks, 11 defensive tackles and a forced fumble in eight games with the Roughriders as a first-year CFLer. Both sacks came in an Oct. 21 home game against the Toronto Argonauts.

PRO: Cox Jr. was signed by Carolina as an undrafted free agent in 2017 and played two seasons with the Panthers. He subsequently spent time in the NFL with the Cleveland Browns (2019), Buffalo Bills (2020-21), and Indianapolis Colts (2022). Overall, he saw action in 26 NFL games, recording 31 tackles (five for a loss), one sack and one fumble recovery.  

COLLEGE: Cox Jr. played five collegiate seasons at the University of Florida. In 45 games as a Gator, he logged 98 tackles (21 for a loss), 10 sacks, one pass knockdown, three forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.  

COLLEGE: His father, Bryan Cox Sr., was a three-time NFL Pro Bowl linebacker.
