2023: Attended the early part of training camp with the Roughriders before suffering an injury.

COLLEGE: Parker spent three collegiate seasons (2019-21) at Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas. He saw action in 25 games, making 123 catches for 2,282 yards and 21 touchdowns. With the Yellow Jackets, he also contributed along the ground, rushing 19 times for 138 yards and one touchdown. As well, he returned 14 kickoffs for 200 yards and 15 punts for 207 yards, including an 83-yard touchdown. In 2020, Parker caught 39 passes for 754 yards — an average of 19.8 yards per reception — and six touchdowns in only five games. In 2021, he was named the American Southwest Conference’s Player of the Year and earned First-Team All-Conference honours after making 52 receptions for 1,113 yards and 13 touchdowns in 10 games. He averaged 21.4 yards per catch and 111.3 receiving yards per game. Before attending Howard Payne, Parker was a teammate of future NFL star quarterback Patrick Mahomes at Whitehouse High School in Texas.
