2023: The Roughriders announced the signing of Lipscomb on Feb. 14, 2023. He attended training camp with the Green and White and caught a five-yard touchdown pass from Mason Fine during the pre-season finale in Winnipeg. On June 3, he was added to the practice roster. He was sidelined by an ankle injury in July.

PRO: Lipscomb was signed by the Kansas City Chiefs as an undrafted free agent in 2020. That year, he spent time in the NFL with the Chiefs and Green Bay Packers. He attended training camp with the Tennessee Titans in 2021.

COLLEGE: Lipscomb played four seasons (2016-19) at Vanderbilt University, seeing action in 45 games. Over that span, he recorded 198 receptions for 2,356 yards and 22 touchdowns. As well, he carried the ball 24 times for 149 yards and one TD. In 2018, Lipscomb led the Southeast Conference in receptions (87), registering the fourth-best total in school history.
