2023: In 11 games with the Edmonton Elks, McLaurin registered 41 defensive tackles, one forced fumble and two special teams tackles.

PRO: McLaurin spent time with the New York Giants in 2019 and 2020 after signing with them as an undrafted free agent. He signed with Edmonton as a free agent on Aug. 16, 2022 and played in two CFL games that season, posting seven defensive tackles, five special teams tackles and one interception before being placed on the six-game injured list.

COLLEGE: McLaurin played four seasons (2015-18) at Mississippi State, including a breakout junior campaign in which he led the SEC in interceptions (six) and ranked fourth nationally in that category. The six picks tied a Mississippi State single-season record. Also as a junior, he was named the TaxSlayer Bowl MVP and made the Associated Press All-Bowl Team. In 51 games (including 30 starts) at Mississippi State, he registered 224 defensive tackles (10 for a loss), three sacks, eight interceptions, 18 pass deflections, two forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries. He returned one of the fumbles for a touchdown.
