2023: In six games, he registered nine defensive tackles and seven special teams tackles. On Aug. 20 versus B.C., he registered a forced fumble in his CFL debut.

PRO: Selected by the New York Giants in the seventh round, 238th overall, of the 2020 NFL Draft and subsequently spent two seasons with the team. He saw action in five games, recording three tackles.

COLLEGE: Brunson spent four seasons (2016 to 2019) at the University of South Carolina. He played in 49 games (starting in 37) and recorded 283 defensive tackles (21 for a loss), six sacks, one interception, seven pass knockdowns, one forced fumble and four fumble recoveries.

FAST FACT: Tremari Jerelle Brunson overcame a serious hip injury he sustained as a junior at Richland Northeast High School in Columbia, S.C. He was back in the lineup for a sensational senior season in which he amassed 140 defensive tackles.
